in order to formulate a reception strategy, for the upcoming visit of the honourable chief minister punjab mian shahbaz sharif, a meeting was held at vice chancellor secreteriat kfueit. commissioner bwp mr.saqib zafar, deputy commissioner ryk saqrat aman rana and vice chancellor prof.engr.dr athar mahboob discussed the security matters, strategies to give reception to chief minister punjab in coordination with (deputy director development) ch talib randhawa, mahar khalid ahmed (adcr), ch aitzaz anjum (ac ryk), mahar abdul rauf (ac sadiqabad),mr. riyasat ali ( ac headquarter).various committees  were decided to be formulated to perform different duties in order to make the visit fruitful and successful.
