Faculty Training Program on Professional Ethics and Micro Teaching with Flipped Classroom Techniques

The Department of Education at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT) successfully organized a three-day faculty training program on "Professional Ethics and Micro Teaching with Flipped Classroom Techniques." The event aimed to enhance the teaching skills and ethical awareness of faculty members, promoting a more effective and engaging learning environment for students.

The training saw the active participation of Faculty members from various departments within the university. The program focused on equipping the faculty with innovative pedagogical approaches, such as flipped classroom techniques, which encourage active participation and self-directed learning among students.

The Chief Guest of the event was Prof. Dr. Muhammad Suleman Tahir, the esteemed Vice Chancellor of KFUEIT. In his address, Prof. Dr. Tahir emphasized the significance of ethical conduct in the academic realm and the pivotal role of educators in nurturing future leaders with a strong foundation of ethical values.
