Mehfil-E-Mushaira

a grand mehfil-e-mushaira was held in khwaja university of engineering & information technology rahim yar khan in which well known poets zahid fakhry, jabbar wasif (president adbi forum), prof. imran bashir, dr abdul majid khan, rashida kamil, nafiah naazi, ayesha ikram and shehbaz nayyar offered their latest pieces of poetry. vice chancellor prof. dr engr. athar mahboob, mrs vice chancellor rabia athar mahboob, dean of all faculty of kfueit prof. dr engr munir ahma and chairman tehsil municipal committee mian ejaz amir graced the event as chief guests. addressing to the participants including teachers and students, vice chancellor said that the main objective of this program was to convey the message of peace and brotherhood through effective poetry as true poetry touches the soul of the hearts of the people.  he also added that the spiritual leaders also spread the message of islam through their poetry. the students particularly seek guidance through their poetry. he also thanked the chief librarian dr sanaullah and his team for successfully organizing the event. dr zafar nazir, dr zaheer ahmad, dr muhammad hashim, dr farrukh jalil, , dr abdul shakoor, dr syed iftakhar ahmad, engr. hammad khalid and dr munawar hussain.
