KFUEIT Holds Solidarity Rally to Mark Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir

Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan, organized a solidarity rally to commemorate Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir, reaffirming unwavering support for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). Participants strongly condemned the continued human rights violations in the occupied territory and expressed wholehearted solidarity with their Kashmiri brothers and sisters.

The rally was led by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ir. Dr. Amir Azam Khan, who joined faculty members, administrative officers, and students in observing the occasion.

Before the commencement of the rally, participants observed a one-minute silence in remembrance of the victims of oppression. The rally started from the Administration Offices and concluded at the Vice Chancellor Secretariat.

Addressing the participants, Vice Chancellor Prof. Ir. Dr. Amir Azam Khan stated that the people of Pakistan have never forgotten their Kashmiri brothers and sisters despite the challenges of time and circumstance. He reaffirmed Pakistan's unwavering diplomatic, moral, and principled support for the just cause of the Kashmiri people and emphasized that this support would continue at every national and international forum.

He expressed confidence that the people of Kashmir would one day witness the dawn of freedom and peace, adding that justice, human dignity, and the right to self-determination remain universal principles that must be upheld.

Among those present on the occasion were Registrar Prof. Dr. Javed Iqbal, Prof. Dr. Shanawar, Prof. Dr. Atif Ali, Dr. Muhammad Sagir, Dr. Aslam Khan, Dr. Farhan Jahangir Chughtai, Dr. Majid Rashid, Dr. Adnan Khaliq Bajwa, Dr. Anwar Farooq, along with heads of academic departments, faculty members, and administrative officers.
