KFUEIT Alumni Association (KFAA) – Interim Body 2026
Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan, invites applications from verified and eligible KFUEIT alumni for appointment to the Interim Body of the KFUEIT Alumni Association (KFAA) 2026.
The Interim KFAA Body will work under the guidance of the Alumni Directorate and will oversee alumni verification, election logistics, and the handover process until the elected body assumes office, unless dissolved earlier.
Available Positions
President – 1 Seat
Vice President (Male) – 1 Seat
Vice President (Female) – 1 Seat
General Secretary – 1 Seat
Finance Secretary – 1 Seat
Media Secretary – 1 Seat
7–8. General Executive Members – 2 Seats
9–10. Executive Members (Female) – 2 Seats
11–12. Young Alumni Executive Members – 1 Male & 1 Female
13–14. Overseas Executive Members – 1 Male & 1 Female
Total: 14 Seats
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be verified KFUEIT alumni members in good standing and hold a valid KFUEIT degree.
Submit all required documents by the application deadline.
Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 for all positions.
Have the required post-degree experience calculated from the candidate's official batch graduation date to the application deadline.
For Serial Nos. 1–3: At least 5 years of post-degree experience.
For Serial Nos. 6–12: At least 2 years of post-degree experience.
For Serial Nos. 13–14: The required degree must have been obtained within the preceding 2 years.
If applications are not received for specific seats, vacant seats may be filled by eligible candidates from another cadre, subject to approval of the competent authority.
Serving KFUEIT employees, including those on study leave, deputation or contract, are not eligible to apply for an interim elected position while employed.
Have no criminal record or history of moral or financial misconduct, including fraud, unethical behaviour, or financial default, at the time of application.
Selection & Review
Eligible candidates will be informed and called for an interview by the notified committee responsible for alumni association matters.
The University Authority may appoint, leave a position vacant, or re-advertise a position.
Appointment to the Interim Body does not constitute an elected mandate or future preference.
Ineligible applicants will be provided a concise reason and access to the notified review process, subject to confidentiality.
