International Relations Expo 2025: Culture as Diplomacy
On 26 November 2025, the International Relations Society (IRS) at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT) successfully organized the International Relations Expo 2025 under the theme “Culture as Diplomacy: How Traditions Shape International Relations and Cooperation.” The expo featured representations of 12 countries—China, Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Uzbekistan, Qatar, the United States, Germany, Ethiopia, and Brazil—presented through immersive and interactive student-led stalls highlighting their cultural heritage, traditions, and diplomatic significance.
The event was honored by the presence of Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Shehzad Murtaza, Director IHA Dr. Muhammad Anwar Farooq, Advisor IRS Mr. Ehsan Ali, Additional Controller Examination Mr. Yasir Arafat, along with esteemed faculty members including Dr. Mehwish Muzaffar, Mr. Haris Kabir, Mr. Fazzal Abbas, Dr. Ghulam Qasim, Ms. Misbah Wahid, Mr. Zain-ul-Abedeen Arshad, Dr. Majid Rasheed, and Dr. Mazhar Hussain. The dignitaries commended the organizers and participants for their dedication and exceptional execution.
By effectively combining academic learning with active engagement, the International Relations Expo 2025 promoted global awareness, cross-cultural understanding, and experiential learning, marking a significant achievement for the International Relations Society at KFUEIT.
