ICT Infrastructure established at KFUEIT

the vice chancellor engr. prof. dr athar mahboob said that the university has been equipped with latest ict infrastructure. he added that in a short period of less than a year a significant ict infrastructure has been built such as campus networking, wifi facility over the campus and in the hostel, learning management system (moodle based), e-rostrum and multimedia projector, drs internet link-40 mbps internet , video surveillance system, vpn secure access to campus from remote locations, voip based advance pbx installation, firewall to protect the campus, id printing solution with own studio, email facility for students, faculty and staff, online surveys for end semester feedback with reports and secure linux based desktop with windows availability(for staff). he said that multimedia projectors have been installed in the class rooms and e-rostrum will soon be installed to provide the best learning environment to the students. he appreciated the efforts made by rizwan majeed ( it manager) and his team for setting up the it system at the university in a short span of time.
