Welcome to the Faculty of Biological, Health Sciences & Technology (FOBHST) at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology.

We live in a time when science is reshaping how we grow our food, protect our health, and care for our environment. Our Faculty (FOBHST) is built to prepare students for that future. Through its institutes, the Institute of Biological Sciences (IBS) and the Institute of Health Sciences (IHS), we bring together life sciences, health disciplines, and modern technology in one academic community.

Our mission resides on three pillars: First, we offer rigorous, up-to-date education that combines strong fundamentals with hands-on laboratory and field experience. Second, we pursue research that matters, from molecular biology, genomics, and bioinformatics to public health and allied health practice, with a clear focus on challenges facing our region and the wider world. And third, we serve society by turning knowledge into solutions for agriculture, healthcare, and industry. At the undergraduate, MS, and PhD levels, our students learn from dedicated faculty who are active researchers and mentors.
