Accreditation and Recognition
HEC Higher Education Commission of Pakistan
KFUEIT is a chartered public-sector university recognized by the HEC, and it awards its own degrees. In October 2025, the HEC also formally recognized the university's Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC).
PEC Pakistan Engineering Council
KFUEIT's undergraduate engineering programs are accredited by the PEC and follow the Outcome Based Education (OBE) system in line with the Washington Accord. On 13–14 November 2025, PEC teams carried out the re-accreditation visit for BS Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer and Agricultural Engineering.

NCEAC National Computing Education Accreditation Council
Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT) is officially accredited by the NCEAC for its computing degree programs. This endorsement guarantees high educational standards and ensures national recognition for its graduates.
