Athletes of KFUEIT won nine medals in Commissioner Cup Sport

Athletes of Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology won nine medals in Commissioner Cup Sports Gala 2020 Athletics meet.  The tournament was arranged by Divisional Sports Department in Dring Stadium Bahawalpur on 23rd and 24th December. The team won six gold, two silver and one bronze medal in different athletics events. The team secured a total of seventeen medals and runner-up position for District Rahim Yar Khan in athletics meet 2020. Vice Chancellor KFUEIT congratulated the winners' students and appreciated the efforts of the sports department because it is the first time in the history of KFUEIT that the sports team participated in a divisional level sports competition and gave a marvelous performance. He hoped that the athlete squad of the university will participate in the inter-university championship and would secure distinct positions. He said that as education and skill, sports are also necessary to be a successful professional. It is necessary to exercise sportsman spirit in every professional matter also and it is impossible to achieve such level without sports.
