Guidelines for Rent Agreement

The following points (term and conditions) must be included clearly in the rent agreement:

Party-A (Landlord) agrees to rent out the building described in this agreement to party-B (Tenant) for the specific purpose of established an educational college seeking affiliation with Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT).
Party-B (Tenant) shall use the rented building exclusively educational purpose permitted by the KFUEIT.
The building shall not used for any commercial or residential without approval of KFUEIT.
The building of the college is independent and separate, exclusively designated for its academic and administrative operations on a full-time basis, and shall not be shared with or used by any other college or educational institution.
The total land area of the college is ------------------------------------ kanals.
The rent agreement must be registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar.
