Guidelines for Rent Agreement
The following points (term and conditions) must be included clearly in the rent agreement:
- Party-A (Landlord) agrees to rent out the building described in this agreement to party-B (Tenant) for the specific purpose of established an educational college seeking affiliation with Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT).
- Party-B (Tenant) shall use the rented building exclusively educational purpose permitted by the KFUEIT.
- The building shall not used for any commercial or residential without approval of KFUEIT.
- The building of the college is independent and separate, exclusively designated for its academic and administrative operations on a full-time basis, and shall not be shared with or used by any other college or educational institution.
- The total land area of the college is ------------------------------------ kanals.
- The rent agreement must be registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar.
