Monitoring of Academic Activities

• Quality Enhancement Cell Khwaja Fareed UEIT Works on daily classes held in order to check on the proper conduction of classes. From the start of the semester, the QEC Teamphysically monitors the classes being held at all Departments and requests departments to send the status of classes held within the Department on a daily basis on prescribed Performa. After the mid-term and final term of the semester, QEC prepares the report of the Class Held and sendsit to Vice Chancellor.
• Quality Enhancement Cell Visits the Departments during Midterm exams and final exams in each slot. QEC Team prepares the report of Exams and sendsit to Vice Chancellor.
• The course file is one of the main requirements of all the accreditation bodies like the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC), etc.The course file auditing exercise starts before midterm Exams and the End of the semester. QEC Khwaja Fareed UEIT requests all the departments to prepare Course Files and then critically assessed the Course files of all the courses taught in the relevant semester.
