Undergraduate Engineering & Technology Programs

Merit Score = (0.45 x Percentage HSSC / Intermediate) + (0.25 x Percentage SSC / Matricuation) + (0.30 x Percentage Aptitude Test Score)

Undergraduate Non Engineering & Technology Programs

Merit Score = (0.60 x Percentage HSSC / Intermediate) + (0.40 x Percentage SSC / Matricuation)

Undergraduate MSc Programs

Merit Score = (0.60 x Percentage of Bachelor) + (0.40 x Percentage HSSC / Intermediate)

Graduate Programs (MS / M.Phil Programs)

For Bachelor 4 Years:
Merit Score = (0.4 x Percentage Academic Record) + (0.3 x Percentage KFGAT / NAT-GAT Score) + (0.3 x Percentage Interview / Statement of Purpose Marks)
Or
For Master 2 Years:
Merit Score = (0.2 x Percentage Bachelor Record) + (0.2 x Percentage Master Record) + (0.3 x Percentage KFGAT / NAT-GAT Score) + (0.3 x Percentage Interview / Statement of Purpose Marks)

Post Graduate Programs

Merit Score = (0.4 x Percentage Academic Record) + (0.3 x Percentage KFGAT / NAT-GAT Score) + (0.3 x Percentage Interview / Statement of Purpose Marks)
The weightage of academic record is further distributed as:

For each degree the final Percentage or CGPA will only be counted. For example, If a student has passed two years BSc with 60% marks and two years MSc with also 60% marks, then contribution againist undergraduate will be equal to (04% * 60/100) + (06% * 60/100) = 6%
