Dr. Atif Liaqat

PhD Food Technology from National Institute of Food Science and Technology, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad,
Dr. Atif Liaqat is serving as Assistant Professor at the Institute of Food Science and Technology, Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan. He holds a PhD in Food Technology from the National Institute of Food Science and Technology, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
He has extensive academic and research experience in food sciences. Before joining KFUEIT, he worked as a Teaching Assistant and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. He also gained international exposure as a Research Scholar at the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, Michigan State University, East Lansing, USA, under the International Research Support Initiative Program of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
Dr. Liaqat has contributed significantly to teaching, research, and academic administration. He has published numerous research papers in reputable national and international journals and has participated in several conferences, workshops, and seminars. He has also been involved in research projects related to micronutrient fortification of wheat flour and edible oil, contributing to national food security initiatives.
At KFUEIT, he is actively engaged in postgraduate supervision and academic committees, contributing to curriculum development and research advancement in the field of Food Science and Technology as well Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
