Biography

  • Dr. Muhammad Irfan is an Assistant Professor at Electrical Engineering Department, Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology. He received his MS and Ph.D. in Fall 2011 and 2016, respectively from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), South Korea, with a research focus on development of THz devices for future communication technologies. Dr. Irfan held a postdoctoral appointment at Quantum Computing center at GIST (September 2016-March 2017).
