- Dr. Imran Ali received the B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Pakistan, the M.S. degree in Mechanical Design from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Manufacturing & Automation from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, in 2018.
- He has 15 years of research and teaching and academic management experience. Previously, he has been working as Lecturer and Assistant Professor in Mechanical, Mechatronics and Manufacturing Engineering Department of the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Faisalabad Campus, Pakistan since 2010. He has working in Environmental Health and Safety Committee (EHS), Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) Team, career counselling committee and board of studies. He delivered talks on multiple topics, specifically related to Numerical Modeling and simulations, Mechanical Design, Composite structures and renewable energy resources.
- He has more than 15 peer-reviewed international journal papers and conference papers. He was awarded, CSC Scholarship, The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) fellowship 2015 and various other PhD scholarships. His research interests include fiber reinforced composites, mechanical design, LCA and Sustainability, energy resources and utilization.
