Sajid Mushtaq joined the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) at KFUEIT in November 2025 as a Lecturer in Business Administration. With over 17 years of teaching experience in leading public sector institutions, he has established himself as a dedicated academic and versatile researcher. His professional career is further distinguished by his roles as an exam supervisor for the British Council for over a decade and a master trainer with the Election Commission of Pakistan. Beyond academia, he is a seasoned entrepreneur, the author of three books, and a regular contributor to national newspapers as a columnist and motivational speaker.
Sajid Mushtaq possesses a diverse and high-achieving academic background, currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration (HRM) at KFUEIT. He holds an MS in Management Sciences and a Master's in Public Administration, both specializing in Human Resource Management. Notably, he is Gold Medalist in graduation from Islamia University of Bahawalpur. In addition to his intellectual pursuits, Sajid Mushtaq is an accomplished athlete holding a 3rd Dan Black Belt from Kukkiwon, Korea, and has been recognized as a gold medalist by both HEC and TEVTA for his achievements in sports
