Engr. Makhdoom Ibad Ullah Hashmi is a Lecturer in the Institute of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan. He holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Gujrat.
