Biography

Muhammad Shoaib Fayyaz is a PhD Scholar and currently working as a visiting Lecturer at the Department of Food Science & Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan. Previously, he has worked as a quality assurance internee at one of the multinational organization, PepsiCola International Pvt. Ltd. where his main role was to assess the quality of Chipstock for the production of Lays.He earned experience in the domains of Food Processing and Preservation during his master’s study and completed his research entitled “Exploring the role of processing conditions and storage temperatures on the quality characteristics of tomato pulp”. He has also worked in the research project funded by HEC. He has participated in many national & International Conferences, Symposia, Workshops, Seminars. His areas of expertise comprise fruits and vegetables processing and preservation.

  • Participation in Nutrition Mela & Product Development Competition 2019, NIFSAT, UAF.

Participated in Project Dissemination Workshop entitled “Delivery of Protein and Micronutrients to School Going Children through Shelf Stable Ready to Eat Crispy Nutribars 2019, NIFSAT, UAF.
