Waheed Shahzad

Mr. Waheed Shahzad is a Lecturer in Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology Rahim Yar Khan. He is also serving as coordinator of BS and MPhil English Programs in the Institute of Humanities and Arts (IHA); CBA (Core Business Administration) and CMS (Campus Managment System) coordinator of IHA; and secretary of Board of Studies He has more than 10 years teaching experience in different institutions. He is a Ph.D. Scholar of English Linguistics at Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad. He has completed several courses from national and international organizations such as, 6 Principles for the Exemplary Teaching of English Learners: TESOL, and Andragogical and Communication Skills and webinar on How do I become a can-do person? from HEC Pakistan, Elsevier, ProQuest, Springer, Coursera, and Wiley. He is also Project Director (initially approved) of Access Microscholarship Program awarded by RELO and US Embassy Islamabad. His major research work is in the field of Sociolinguistics and Language Planning and Policy.
