Biography

  • Twenty-two years extensive experience of Civil Engineering, from design and planning stage to implementation, commissioning and acceptance to absolute full completion of contract, always in accordance with time schedule, keeping health & safety prospects in view.
  • Working for Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan, as Project Engineer (Civil) for below mentioned assignments. 
  • Construction of 6 academic buildings worth 1197 million, residential buildings for staff worth 284 million, infrastructure development works worth 292 million and construction of student hostel, library and administrative block worth 492 million, at an area of 400 acres approximately. 
  • In order to start Civil Engineering Department here at KFUEIT in 2017, I was transferred from Project office to CED as In-charge Civil Engineering Commercial testing Laboratories (Director Labs). I was assigned to develop all the necessary procedures and protocols with relevance to the best practices. 
  • I served as a course instructor for subjects like Calculus & Analytical Geometry, Construction Project Management, Survey-1, Fluid Mechanics-1, Total Quality Management, Transportation Engineering-1, Transportation Engineering-II, Engineering Economics, Business Management, Hazard Management. Furthermore, I have also been in charge of instructing lab experiments of Plain and Reinforced Concrete lab, Civil Engineering Drawing lab, Surveying-I lab, Construction Project Management Lab, Environmental Engineering-I lab.
  • I was major team member responsible of conducting 4 departmental board of studies for launching different Engineering degree programs and organizing the zero visit of Pakistan Engineering Council for BS Civil Engineering program. I have also conducted two board of studies (both for BS and MS programs here in Civil Engineering Department, KFUEIT). I organized CPD activities and first survey camp.
