Biography

  • Asmara Habib is a Lecturer in Finance within the Department of Management Sciences. Her research interest lie in the area of financial performance, corporate governance (board dynamics and diversity) and corporate social responsibility disclosure and stock market. Her research work has appeared in a number of academic journals including, International Journal of Public Affairs, Review of Economics and Development Studies (READS) and Hamdard Islamicus.
  • Prior to joining KFUEIT, She has served Allied Bank Limited for 06 years.  She has joined ABL as Management Trainee Officer and got two grade promotions during the tenure of 06 years and resigned ABL in the capacity of Branch Operations Manager.

  • Received performance certificate on recognition of services as Manager Time Table & Teaching Aids for the year 2019-2020, awarded by Worthy Vice Chancellor KFUEIT.
  • Received best paper Award in 15th South Asian Management Forum (SAMF) held on September, 2019 at Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan.
  • Received best paper Award in 2nd International Conference on Business and Entrepreneurship Research (ICBER) held on February, 2020 at Islamia University, Bahawalpur.
  • Received certificate of Honor “University Blue” on becoming University Color (Cricket) holder in the year 2006-2007/2007-2008, Punjab University Lahore.
  • Received cash award on successfully passing Junior Associate ship of IBP (JAIBP) Exam Stage – I and Stage-II from Allied Bank Limited.
