Rahimyar Khan, Pakistan —Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT) has achieved another significant milestone in its journey towards academic excellence, quality enhancement, technological advancement, and international recognition.
According to the latest QS Asian University Rankings 2027, KFUEIT has been ranked #147 in Southern Asia, while also securing a position of #559 in the broader QS Asian University Rankings. This recognition places KFUEIT among the emerging institutions making meaningful contributions to higher education, research, innovation, and technological development at regional and international levels.
This achievement is not merely a number or a position on a ranking table. Rather, it reflects the University's continuous commitment towards strengthening the quality of education, promoting impactful research, enhancing institutional performance, developing international visibility, and creating an environment where students and researchers can contribute meaningfully to society.
The Worthy Vice Chancellor particularly appreciated the efforts and commitment of Dr. Muhammad Bilal Tahir, Provost and Director, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), for his continued contribution towards promoting the culture of quality enhancement, institutional development, evidence-based improvement, international engagement, and strengthening KFUEIT's visibility and performance in national and international higher education platforms. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran emphasized that such achievements are the result of collective institutional effort and reaffirmed the University's commitment to continuously improving academic quality, research productivity, innovation, and the overall student learning experience.
